first time home buyer tax credit extended

good news! the $8000 first time home buyer tax credit that has been encouraging people to own their very first home, has been extended to april 2010. furthermore, congress has expanded the home buyer tax credit to non-first time buyers at $6500 for those buying a primary residence. this is great news, coupled with The Fed keeping the Federal Funds interest rate low.
