I love a good challenge. Trim and tile are challenging enough. This bathroom was largely a restoration project from 1910's. The bathroom when I arrived on the scene had already been renovated (poorly), twice. EAZ, Inc refinished the tub, peeled back two layers of wall coverings, re-installed the LVG Fir trim, and tiled the shower surround and floor. All the while trying to maintain integrity to the period. We did change some things, like installing glass subway tile and a new window. The black penny tile was one of the most difficult tiling projects I had ever done, but it looked amazing when it was finished. The client was more than pleased. Challenge accepted.
